To read about meditation is like reading about the taste of a delicious meal.
Sounds good, but if we do not personally experience that taste, it doesn't matter how good the cookbook is, we will never get a full grasp of its complexity. The effects of meditation thus cannot be described in words.

Meditation leads us to a true understanding of the Soul, which causes a perpetual peace. Regular meditation opens the way to this intuitive Knowledge and brings the mind and senses to a calm state. It develops clear, strong and creative ideas.
